What's Part of Exterior Property Care?

• Gutter cleaning, to keep water flowing away from the property and prevent overflow or damage

• Power washing for patios, walkways, and driveways, restoring surfaces that have picked up dirt, algae, or stains

• Power washing for fences, stairs, and walls (including retaining walls)

• Power washing for siding and exterior surfaces, where appropriate

Gutter cleaning is evaluated per property. For taller homes or buildings where safe access is a concern, we'll let you know during our initial walkthrough whether it's something we can take on. Neglected gutters and dirty exterior surfaces are often the first sign a property isn't being properly cared for, even when the lawn and beds look great. We treat this as part of keeping the whole property looking its best, not just an afterthought.
