A property doesn't stay sharp on its own. It takes consistent, attentive care to keep it that way through every season. Landscape maintenance is the foundation of what we do: regular mowing, trimming, and cleanup, carried out with the same attention to detail on every visit, not just the first one.

What's included:

• Mowing, with clean, consistent lines

• String trimming ("weed whacking") along edges, beds, and hard-to-reach areas

• Blowing and full debris pickup after every visit

• Minor weed control within mulch beds (kept in check as part of your regular visit, not billed separately)

We believe a well-kept lawn should come with well-kept beds, too — so minor weed control is included as part of standard maintenance on most properties, not billed separately. For larger properties with a lot of bed space, or beds that need real cleanup to get back under control, we'll scope and price that work separately, and will always explain what's included when we walk your property.
